Best Butter Chicken Curry Indian Style Recipe

We will make spice paste. For this I have taken.

 

  • Tomatoes chopped – 5 medium sized
  • Ginger piece chopped – 2 inches
  • Green chilli – 2, cut into two pieces
  • Garlic cloves, peeled – 10 to 12
  • Curd that I used – 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream – 2 tbsp

 

We have used ghee in this. And cashew nuts have been used in it. 13-15 pieces and three tablespoons of butter i.e. 50 grams should be taken.

 

  1. Turmeric powder – take 1 teaspoon
  2. Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
  3. Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
  4. Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
  5. Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
  6. Chicken Tandoori Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
  7. जीरा – 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
  8. Kasturi Methi – 1 spoon • Salt as per taste
  9. Cooking oil – 4 tbsp

 

Marinate and fry chicken?

 

For this, first of all we will marinate the chicken . For this , curd will have to be added to this chicken. You can use more if you want, I have used less because we have to fry the chicken.

 

 – Now add tandoori masala in it, then add turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, after frying the chicken, add some salt.

 

– Now mix all this well. Now apply the masala well on the chicken. You will see that it is completed.

 

Now we will cover it and keep it aside for at least 15 to 20 minutes.

 

Till then heat a pan. As soon as the pan is hot, add some butter in it and let it melt a little and then add cumin seeds in it. Lightly fry the cumin seeds and add ginger to it. We will fry green chillies, garlic and cumin in butter until the garlic gets cooked a little.

 

Now when the garlic and ginger are lightly roasted, we will add cashew nuts to it and fry it for a minute along with all these things.

 

 

Keep the flame of the gas low, now we will see that the cashew nuts, garlic and ginger fry a little, then now we will add chopped tomatoes to it.

We have to make paste of all this, so I have cut all the tomatoes into big pieces. We will cook the tomatoes on medium flame for at least 2 minutes until the tomatoes become slightly soft. Now we will add the prepared paste. Now add this paste and mix well so that the rest of the spices also get mixed well.

 

In this you can see the color of all the spices. – Now we will cover the pan and cook for 1 minute.

After 1 minute on medium flame, remove the lid of the pan. you put it back together

 

 

Now this masala has become fine, add a glass of water to it. Do not add too much water as butter chicken is thick. – Now we will close the lid of the pan and leave it to boil on high flame.

 

As soon as the gravy starts boiling, mix it once. We now have chicken that is already 70% cooked. I put it like that. Now add salt in it,

 

 

We have previously added salt to the marinade and also to the tomatoes. Add salt, mix salt. And cover the pan and cook on low medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes so that the chicken gets cooked completely.

 

Remove the lid after 5 minutes. Now I have added fresh cream to it, after adding the cream I will add garam masala powder to it. Now we will combine these two. I have mixed it, now cover the pan and cook on medium flame for two minutes.

 

Till then we can fry or cook Kasuri Methi a little in the pan. Cook it on medium flame for 30 to 40 seconds. So just turn off the gas and let it cool down.
