So you can always add such spices after the curd comes to room temperature, so I put two spoons of curd here, you mix it after adding the curd and then turn on the gas again here.

So whenever you want to add curd to any vegetable, you must follow this process. The texture of the vegetable after adding curd is very good.

Here first mix the curd well, after that we will add water in it. If you use water then it is very good. Otherwise you can add it at room temperature also. So first I have added one cup of water and two green chillies in it. I felt that adding more green chillies gives a good taste, so I added this here and this here which seems to be a little ok.

So we will add one-fourth cup of water back into it and then mix it. You can test it here and if it seems less then you can add it. Now we will let it cook for a minute. After 1 minute, remove the lid of the pan and look here, the oil is visible almost from the top, which means our half is ready, so now we will add this fried egg in it.
